Events and workshops are added occasionally on specific dates to offer less traditional experiences to our schedule rotation. These classes often provide opportunities to help further refine a skill, help beginners feel more confident in their practice, educate on new skills and techniques, offer unique class experiences, and more!
The classes are typically a higher rate than a standard drop-in class, but a little more affordable than private. Class capacity varies depending on the nature of the workshop being offered.

Yoga @ The Country Club

Join us for a 60min refreshing Yoga Flow, followed with a complimentary drink (mimosa, Bloody Mary, coffee, pop/soda).

Monthly Intention Meditation

Join us on the First Friday of each month for a special Intention Setting Meditation led by Leah. Together, we’ll create space to focus on your goals and connect with your inner self through guided meditation.
A guided meditation helps you stay present as Leah’s calming voice leads you through relaxation and focus. This practice is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

Intro To Yoga
Date: April 28-May 27, 2025 | Time: 5:30pm - 6:30 pm | Venue: Breathe In Yoga
Join our 5-Week Intro to Yoga Series led by Terra Dearment, RYT 500, designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga with an emphasis on alignment. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your understanding, this series provides a solid foundation for your practice.
Each week, Terra will guide you through key yoga poses, emphasizing proper alignment and core engagement to build strength and stability. You'll learn techniques to enhance your body awareness, improve your posture, and prevent injuries. Terra's patient and insightful teaching style ensures a supportive and enriching environment for all participants.
Classes are structured progressively, allowing you to build upon your skills each week. By the end of the series, you will have developed confidence in your practice and a deeper connection to your body.
Join us for this transformative journey and discover the power of yoga!
During this series the room will be heated around 80 degrees, dress comfortably, bring a water and towel. Attend one or attend all!
Cost is regular drop-in $15 or use any current pass.
