Events and workshops are added occasionally on specific dates to offer less traditional experiences to our schedule rotation. These classes often provide opportunities to help further refine a skill, help beginners feel more confident in their practice, educate on new skills and techniques, offer unique class experiences, and more!
The classes are typically a higher rate than a standard drop-in class, but a little more affordable than private. Class capacity varies depending on the nature of the workshop being offered.

Outlaw Flow
Date: March 2, 2025 | Time: 6:30pm - 8:00 pm | Venue: Breathe In Yoga
Join us for a 90-minute yoga class set to the sounds of traditional and outlaw country music, designed to energize and inspire your practice. We’ll begin with a dynamic 10 to 15-minute warm-up to awaken the body and prepare the mind. From there, dive into a robust 45-minute vinyasa flow that builds strength, flexibility, and balance, all while moving to the rhythm of a thoughtfully curated country soundtrack.
We’ll conclude with a 30-minute deep stretch & Savasana, allowing the body to release tension and fully relax. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this class offers a unique blend of movement and music that’s sure to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Saddle up for an unforgettable experience—come for the flow, stay for the vibes!
Cost is $15 drop-in rate or any current pass
Monthly Intention Meditation
Date: March 7, 2025 | Time: 6:30pm - 7:30 pm | Venue: Breathe In Yoga
Join us on the First Friday of each month for a special Intention Setting Meditation led by Leah. Together, we’ll create space to focus on your goals and connect with your inner self through guided meditation.
A guided meditation helps you stay present as Leah’s calming voice leads you through relaxation and focus. This practice is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
