We offer a diverse range of classes, including Hot Yoga, Warm Yoga, Non-Heated Yoga, group sessions, and private instruction, ensuring there's something for everyone, whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just starting your yoga journey.
Where We Practice
The most sacred area of our studio is our practice space, which comfortably accommodates approximately 16 guests per session, depending on the requirements of the class or workshop being offered.
You'll enter a sanitized environment with soothing music, calming scents of essential oils or incense, salt lamps, sound healing instruments, complimentary amenities, and the warm presence of your mat neighbors.
