    A seasoned yoga practitioner and instructor with over 20 years of experience, Terra’s journey with yoga began as a healing practice for chronic migraines and scoliosis, and has since evolved into a lifelong passion for personal growth and teaching.

    From student to teacher, Meghan's journey into yoga began in December 2021 at Breathe In Yoga, where her passion for health, fitness, and helping others led her to pursue teaching and integrate yoga into her life as a powerful tool for mind-body connection and personal growth.

    Connie began her fitness journey over 40 years ago, driven by a desire to regain her strength after having two children and a passion for the camaraderie of group exercise, which eventually led her to discover the transformative power of yoga.

    Brooke’s journey into Pilates began in the summer of 2014, sparked by a desire for a lifestyle change, leading her to eventually become a certified instructor in 2022.

    Having trained at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in India, Satoko blends her knowledge and passion for yoga with over 20 years of experience coaching Rhythmic Gymnastics, focusing on movement and a desire to help her students stay active as they age.
