After attending her first yoga class at Breathe In Yoga in December of 2021, Meghan immediately fell in love with the practice and sought ways to integrate more yoga into her life. A few classes later, she was hooked. Conversations with Terra inspired her to pursue teaching and deepen her understanding of yoga. This led her to enroll in the Aligned Yoga 200-hour certification program, marking the beginning of her journey as a yoga instructor.

Her passion for helping others and her love for health and fitness have always been guiding forces in her life. She graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2017 with a B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice and went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a concentration in Addictions Counseling, in 2019. Currently, she works as a Therapist. Additionally, she is pursuing her NASM Certification to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach.

As a therapist and fitness enthusiast, she sees yoga as the perfect way to blend her passions, helping others become the best versions of themselves through yoga, meditation, and fostering a strong mind-body connection. For her, yoga is not just a physical outlet, but also a mental one, allowing her to push her limits, connect with new people, and enhance her own mind-body connection. Through her growth and practice, she strives to be the best version of herself so she can continue helping others achieve the same.
